I can't say enough about Ark Contracting. Everyone warned us that construction would be stressful and hard on our family, but we have had a wonderfully positive experience, it has actually been fun. Noah and Rob are calm, detailed, responsive and positive. They look for solutions and respond to questions and changes immediately. They are fair and honest and have been on target with budget. Their team of subcontractors is first rate - the work is extremely high quality and they are completely respectful of our house. I would recommend Ark to anyone.
Working with Noah and the Ark team has been a very pleasant experience. Their knowledge and creative design solutions have helped all of our projects come out better than expected. From beginning to end, they kept us updated about each project's process. Their crew was friendly and trustworthy which gave us extra peace of mind during the remodel. Ark has always gone the extra mile - for example, in the dead of summer our A/C unit died and Noah and his team helped us get this fixed even though it was outside of the scope of the project.
